Today:

We recognize the impact that a stable, safe and loving home has in a child's upbringing. Unfortunately, many children in the state of Georgia do not have a safe and loving home. These children often find themselves committed to care within the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. Georgia SAFE works hard to improve the quality of life for these kids by teaching important life skills required to be independent and successful in the community. We recruit qualified staff and train quality foster parents to provide safe and loving foster homes for children and youth in need. We work to establish consistent placements and long term relationships with staff and foster parents who enter their lives.
